Know your class

Every e-bike lists its top speed.

US e-bikes fall into three classes. Each product page states the class and top speed it ships with, and whether it can be switched. Check your local rules for trails and bike lanes.

Class 120 mph
Pedal assist only. The motor stops helping at 20 mph.
Class 220 mph
Pedal assist plus a throttle, both limited to 20 mph. Most of our bikes ship this way.
Class 328 mph
Pedal assist up to 28 mph. Many models can be set to Class 3 where it is legal.

How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our Bozeman warehouse in 0-1 business days. Transit takes 2-4 business days, so most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. You get tracking by email.
Where do you ship?
Free to the 48 contiguous US states. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or outside the US.
How do e-bikes arrive?
By freight, mostly assembled. You attach the handlebar, front wheel and pedals, which takes about 30 minutes with the included tools.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused and in the original packaging. We email a free return label.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Defects in materials and workmanship on every product for two years from delivery. Contact us and we repair, replace or refund.
Do outdoor TVs need a cover?
No. MirageVision TVs are IP55 sealed for rain, dust and insects. A cover helps keep the screen clean, and some models include one.
