How long does delivery take?
Orders leave our Bozeman warehouse in 0-1 business days. Transit takes 2-4 business days, so most orders arrive within 2-5 business days of being placed.

Where do you ship?
Free to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes or outside the US.
How do I track my order?
We email tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see order status.
E-bikes
How does an e-bike arrive?
By freight, mostly assembled. You attach the handlebar, front wheel, pedals and sometimes the fenders. It takes about 30 minutes with the included tools.
What do Class 1, 2 and 3 mean?
Class 1 is pedal assist to 20 mph. Class 2 adds a throttle, still limited to 20 mph. Class 3 is pedal assist up to 28 mph. Every product page lists the top speed the bike ships with and whether it can be changed. Check local rules before unlocking a higher class.
Are the mini bikes street legal?
No. MotoTec mini bikes are for private property and off-road use.
Outdoor TVs
Which outdoor TV do I need?
Match the TV to the light. Silver Shade and Emerald suit full shade, Ruby, Gold and the LG 8K handle partial sun, and Platinum and Diamond are made for full sun.
Can they stay outside all year?
Yes. MirageVision TVs are IP55 sealed against rain, dust and insects, and rated for outdoor temperatures. A cover keeps the screen clean between uses.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item that is new, unused and in its original packaging. We send a free return label. Every product carries a 2-year Skyline Volt warranty. See the returns policy and warranty for details.
