Orders placed before 2pm Mountain Time on a business day usually leave the same day. Orders placed later, on weekends or on US federal holidays leave the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, PO boxes, or outside the United States.
Cost
Shipping is free on every order. There are no freight, fuel or residential surcharges.
How it ships
E-bikes, large TVs and lift cabinets ship by freight or a large-parcel carrier with tracking. Smaller items ship by ground parcel. You’ll receive tracking by email when the order leaves our warehouse. For freight deliveries the carrier may call or text to confirm a delivery window.
At delivery
Please check the box for visible damage before signing. If the box is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and send us photos within 48 hours at support@skylinevolt.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Lost or late orders
If tracking hasn’t updated for 3 business days or your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of shipping, contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier.
