Orders
An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, a price or description was listed in error, or we can’t verify payment.
Prices & payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping to the lower 48 states is free. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Delivery, returns & warranty
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy, returns by our returns policy, and product defects by our 2-year warranty.
Product use & safety
Read the manual before riding or installing any product. Wear a helmet and follow local e-bike laws, including speed classes and where e-bikes may be ridden. Mini bikes are not street legal. You are responsible for using products safely and legally.
Product information
We work to keep descriptions, specifications and images accurate. Manufacturers sometimes update products, and colors can look different on screen. If something you receive doesn’t match its listing, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Trademarks
Brand names, product names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we sell.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
