What’s covered
Every product sold by Skyline Volt is covered for two years from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This includes e-bike frames, motors, batteries, controllers, displays and electrical parts, mini bikes, outdoor and indoor TVs, and TV lift cabinets.
What we’ll do
If a covered defect appears, we’ll repair the product, send a replacement part or product, or refund you, at our choice. We cover the cost of parts and shipping for warranty claims.
What isn’t covered
- Normal wear items such as tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, cassettes and grips
- Damage from crashes, misuse, neglect or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications, or repairs by someone other than us or an approved shop
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches and fading
- Commercial or rental use
- Water damage beyond the product’s stated rating
How to make a claim
Email support@skylinevolt.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video. We’ll reply within one business day with next steps.
Your other rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under US and state consumer law, and does not limit them.
